We really like this cafe. It’s got a great range of food offering, including some Artisan Breads (the fancy stuff you seem to get everywhere but not suitable for the back jersey pocket), some great cakes, we love their Frangipan and good coffee. At the time of writing there is only outdoor seating, but on a nice day, sat in the sunshine beside the stream, it can be quite idyllic. And for the keen cyclist, it’s pretty easy to muster a decent climb to get you out of Hovingham, with several route options. This is a regular coffee stop on our Saturday rides.
